Pretty sad that this is the first day all summer that we have made it down to the beach! Long gone are the days of the spur-of-the-moment let's hop in the car with the cooler and some towels, dinner at Cap't Jacks, cocktails and sunset over the beach, do it all again the next day-type of weekends that we've enjoyed the past few summers together.
Carson will be a cute little beach-bum with us next year. We can wait....

I hear ya about not being able to run to the beach anymore! Kids change everything, but for the better for sure! Funny how it really doesn't matter when you get to snuggle your little adorable man!
