Staking out our summer weekend beach spot!

We purchased a new backpack carrier to use on our upcoming Colorado trip and decided to break it in and take a stroll on the pier. Carson approved of the new gear, Rocky Mountains here we come!

For a few days our front yard looked like a construction site as our neighbors across the street were having some work done. Carson was glued to the front window, mesmerized by the big noisy trucks and all the activity.
